Android handset is a great device folks. Aside from using it to fulfill your basic communication needs, you can also utilize it to stream some of your favorite TV shows, manage your task and note, record a private footage, and even capture a nice picture! Yes, you can use your Android phone as a decent digital camera.

Picsay. This simple app is a perfect for a quick photo editing purpose. You can add some additional graphics to your picture, including balloons, texts, extra paints, colors, or distortions. According to the developer official web page, this apps is packed with simple yet intuitive easy-to-use interface. Personally, we don’t like adding some silly graphics like ribbon or hear on a photo, but since this app is useful to highlight specific colors from a photo, we decided to keep it in our handset.
Retro Camera. Capturing a clear and bright pictures is great but we can’t deny that there’s some sense of artistic if you’re able to take a photo that looks from an old classic era. Of course you can apply some effect in your captured photo, but you can do it quickly using the Retro camera app. This free application is packed with five different classic filters, including film scratch, vignetting, black and white, and cross processing. All of these features are inspired to old days camera unit like Lomo, Holga, Polaroid, Diana, and toy camera.
