They can be more effective if they just switch to non-adult traffic as majority of the publishers claims that their ads sometimes relate to adult ads. They have premium publisher option where a publisher can contact to advertiser and choose the best ad. But for that you need to have high amount of traffic. However, premium publisher seems to be making more money than normal publishers.
